The Senate president, Dr. Bukola Saraki sued ICPC, EFCC & AGF as well others in order to stop his investigation ,arrest and prosecution in any court.
Following Justice Ibrahim Buba ruling that the issue, (having taken place & decided in Abuja) cannot be resolved in Lagos. Federal high Court in Lagos therefore dismisses the Senate president appeal to stop his trial in Abuja.
