FSV Frankfurt striker Taiwo Awoniyi believes the country's Dream Team VI have the potentials of winning the All African Games men's football gold medal in Congo.
The 18-year-old player who recently joined Liverpool before he was sent on loan to the German second division side lamented his inability to be part of the squad , but believes that the team has all it takes to come out on top.
"But I wish the team the very best and God's favour, strength, victory and injury free game till the trophy is claim," he continued.
"The team has got all the potential needed and above all they are handled by a great coaching crew and officials who can bring the best out of everyone.
He also urged Nigerians to keep faith in the team. A victory against Burkina Faso in the semi final on Tuesday evening will see the team book a place in the final where they will meet Senegal.
