Alleged false declaration of assets
The Senate president plea not guilty to the thirteen count charge against him. The prosecuting  counsel, though want proceedings to begin immediately after the plea as it is the tradition of the bureau.  The defendant counsel plea for more time and resources, thus the proceeding was adjourned till October 21
