Chairman of Code of Conduct Tribunal, Mr. Danladi Umar adjourns the trial of Sen. Bukola Saraki (Nigeria Senate President) to enable the Tribunal await Appeal court ruling. The defendant, Sen.
Saraki Bukola appealed against the jurisdiction of the tribunal to try him for alleged false assets declaration.
Mr. Umar adds that the ruling of the appeal court will determine whether the matter will go on or not.
The tribunal will seat again on 5th and 6th of November 2015 on the case.
